Greenfield Baptist Church began meeting on Sunday and Wednesday evenings at the Hampton Inn in Greenfield on September 20, 2015. Unable to use that facility on Sunday mornings, we began praying for another place to meet. On March 27, 2016, we began meeting for all services in a renovated storefront at 138 Main Street in Greenfield and still meet there today.
HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT VISITING US? HERE ARE SOME ANSWERS!
Where are you located?
We are located at 138 Main Street between World Eye Bookshop/Magical Child and Mattress Outlet.
Where should I park?
Public parking spaces are available on Main Street near our location and on Wells Street which intersects with Main Street. The Legion Ave. municipal parking lot behind Green Fields Market can also be used, and is accessible from Wells St. These are metered spaces, but no payment is required on Sundays all day or after 5:00 PM Monday-Saturday.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code to attend our services. Some dress in traditional church attire while others dress more casually. We encourage you to do the best you can with what you have.
How long are your services?
Times may vary, but a typical service lasts about 1 hour 15 minutes.
What do you offer for children?
On Sunday mornings at 10:30, Children's Church is available for those age 2 through 3rd grade. Nursery care is available for children under age 2. During all other services, nursery care is available for children ages 3 and under. If you have a child of any age who needs special attention, please let us know. Adults are also welcome to keep their children with them during any of our services.
